A special feature is a vocal duet by Jennifer Johnson and Steven Mayer. An annual tradition at the Aardahl recital is a hymn to be sung by the audience, accompanied by the soloists. Johnson will perform piano and organ duets, and solo selections. Eric Gustafson with Jazz Atavist, fresh from a triumphant performance at the Twin Cities Jazz Fest will perform their Oscar Peterson concert at 7:30 p.m. Their sound is a fusion of world folk, Celtic, bluegrass, American oldtime and original compositions. today with the three female performers of Caleigh, whose sound is earthy and eclectic.
